Replacement Policy:
For replacements, customers must return the product to the Lekzo warehouse and cover the delivery costs. Please note that refunds are not available for items sent for replacement. If a customer requests another size change after an initial replacement, the company reserves the right to deny the request if the product is out of stock. In such cases, a refund will not be issued. If a product is replaced with a less expensive item, a coupon for the price difference will be provided for future purchases, and no cash refunds will be given.
Refund Policy:
If a customer receives a damaged product, the full amount will be refund, including delivery charges, will be refunded. Claims for refunds must be submitted immediately after delivery with picture and videos of damaged product to our whats app number 0315-2438452. Orders placed through QisstPay are not eligible for refunds but can be replaced. Refunds will only be processed once the product is returned to the warehouse and inspected by management.
