Return & Exchange

If a customer receives a damaged product, a full refund will be issued, including the delivery charges provided that customer share damaged product pictures and videos on our email support customersupport@lekzo.com or at our whats app number 0315-2438452

If a customer wishes to return a product due to a change of mind, Rs. 500 for delivery charges and Rs. 400 for handling (covering packing, materials, and labor) will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be processed only after the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected by our management team.

If a customer wants to exchange a prorduct after delivery, then in such case Rs. 600 will be charge to cover logistic cost.
