At Lekzo, your satisfaction comes first. That’s why we’ve crafted a simple and transparent 3-day policy for returns, exchanges, and replacements. Here’s what you need to know:
Time Frame:
Refunds or Exchange should be calim within 3 days of delivery. After 3 days any return or exchange will not be processed.
Eligibility:
- Returns: Products must be in their original, unworn and unused condition, with all tags and packaging.
- Exchanges: Applicable for size, color and design changes, subject to availability.
Refund Deduction:
If a customer wishes to return a product due to a change of mind, Rs. 500 for delivery charges and Rs. 400 for handling (covering packing, materials, and labor) will be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipment:
At Lekzo, you don't need to worry about how to send product back to us. In case of refund or return our shipping partner company will collect it from you and return it to our warehouse. You just need to pay only Rs. 600, subject to cover only logistic, handling, and packaging cost.
Refunds will be processed only after the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected by our management team.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll initiate your refund or exchange accordingly. If you're exchanging, any price differences will be adjusted. Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 working days.
Defective or Wrong Items Received:
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect product, please get in touch with us right away. We’ll replace it at no extra cost to you — no questions asked.
